While New York – and much of the East Coast – continues to dig out from record-setting snowfalls, it’s easy to daydream about warmer weather, strappy sandals, crisp cocktails and rooftop bars.  If you’re looking to book a summer event with a rooftop or waterfront venue, now’s a good time to reserve the space.  Here are a few suggestions from Great Places.
