The Breslin Bar & Dining Room, located at The Ace Hotel, is the latest project from Chef April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman. The English-style restaurant offers a hearty, meat-centric menu emphasizing artisanal products, small growers and farmers, and seasonality. The Breslin menu embraces “nose-to-tail” cuisine methodologies and offers handmade terrines, sausages, and charcuterie. Rich, salty, roasted flavors dominate the well-crafted menu.
Liberty Hall, the 2,500 sq. ft. event space, located on the lower level of the Ace Hotel is available for private events. Three rooms separated by two moving walls, allows for configurations of one, two or three spaces with independent, state of the art A/V and lighting controls. The space is ideal for fashion shows, corporate meetings, seated dinners, cocktail receptions, live concerts and temporary gallery shows. Liberty Hall seats up to 120 people, standing occupancy at 200.
The Mezzanine, located on the second level of the Breslin, offers semi-private dining for all meal periods, accommodating groups up to 30 seated and 45 for receptions.
The Breslin is available for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktail receptions.
