Wythe Hotel was created inside a former cooperage built in 1901. With 70 guest rooms and six event spaces, the hotel’s offerings range from meetings, to cocktail parties with passed hors d’oeuvres, to film screenings and intimate sit-down dinners. Reynard, the on-site restaurant by co-owner Andrew Tarlow, custom-tailors all event menus, sourcing meats and produce from local farmers and minimally-processed wines from thoughtful producers.
The hotel is located in Brooklyn’s vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood, 10 minutes from Manhattan, and 15-25 minutes from NYC airports by taxi. The inherent character of the building has been preserved; heavy yellow pine beams, original masonry and arched windows, cast-iron columns and details. Reynard chef Sean Rembold prepares 4 daily menus of seasonal, New American food.
